1. Booking and Payment

1.1. Villa bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.

1.2. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payment must be made at the time of booking.

2. Accommodation Conditions

2.1. Villa usage is limited to the specified number of persons and intended purposes.

2.2. Any damages that occur during the stay are the responsibility of the Guest.

2.3. Guests must adhere to the villa rules specified by the Management.

3. Force Majeure and Responsibilities

3.1. The Management reserves the right to cancel services in case of force majeure events.

3.2. The Management accepts no responsibility for situations that may hinder the enjoyment of the stay.

4. Changes and Refunds

4.1. Changes or cancellations to bookings must be notified. Changes are subject to availability and the reservation policy.

4.2. Refunds for cancellations made after booking completion are subject to the specified conditions for reservation.

4.3. Refunds for cancelled bookings are processed within a certain period from the cancellation date.

5. Additional Terms

5.1. The Management reserves the right to update terms and conditions at any time.

5.2. By making a reservation, the Guest is deemed to have accepted these terms.

Booking Rules

Check-in and Check-out Times:

Check-in starts at 14:30, and check-out ends at 11:30.

Late check-ins must be notified in advance.

Deposit:

A deposit is collected from Guests upon check-in. This amount ensures proper use of the villas and is refunded after check-out if no damage or loss is detected.

Minimum Stay Requirement:

A minimum stay of 2 nights is required for weekends.

Responsibilities

Guest Responsibilities:

Guests are expected to use the villa appropriately during their stay.

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss occurring during their stay, and appropriate compensation may be requested.

Villa Rules:

Guests must adhere to the rules specified for the villa. Failure to comply may result in termination of the stay and additional charges.

Complaints and Appeals

Reporting Complaints:

Guests should immediately report any issues or complaints to Management for prompt resolution.

Appeals:

Guests with any objections or appeals regarding the villa or services should inform Management immediately. Such matters will be addressed promptly and resolved accordingly.
